TEXA KONFORT 705R OFF ROAD is a simple, reliable and affordable entry-level unit for servicing and refilling car air conditioners running on R134A refrigerant. Unlike the TEXA KONFORT 705R unit, it is optimized for outdoor use or when it is necessary to move the unit over unknown surfaces.<\/p>\n
Texa Konfort 705 R OFF ROAD is equipped with two large-diameter wheels filled with special foam that protects against punctures. The front wheels are replaced with a durable metal beam to increase stability.<\/p>\n
1. Vacuum pump with a capacity of 100 l \/ min and a filter. Pump with a moisture protection filter manufactured by VALUE (rusting of pumps due to condensation is a common problem for pumps without a filter).
\n2. The filter-dryer of increased size provides high throughput and allows to perform the maintenance procedure much less frequently, and therefore to stop the work process less frequently. Designed to pass 150 kg of freon.
\n3. The coarse filter protects the compressor of the unit from chips, sand and other contaminants from the A\/C system of the car. Replaceable, designed for 300 kg of freon. Such filters are not installed on junior Italian and on all Chinese units.
\n4. The unit uses valves from Parker (USA), which have increased reliability and are modified for the conditions of using bad freon. A total of 7 valves for different operating modes are used. As a result – a much greater resource (valves are one of the most worn out elements of most air conditioner refueling units)
\n5. High-performance compressor from LG – one of the leaders in the production of compressor equipment. Freon regeneration rate is 330 g \/ min.
\n6. The interface is completely in high-quality Russian. There is a built-in database of cars, trucks and agricultural machinery.
\n7. Large-section copper tubes on all lines inside the unit. Flexible hoses are used only to connect the cylinder. Refusal of flexible hoses on the internal line allows to significantly increase the service life of the unit and filters, since rubber seals in the hose connection connectors wear out, contaminate the system and require regular replacement.
\n8. Internal tank heating function. Allows to speed up the filling process.
\n9. The unit can be retrofitted with a printer during operation.
