\nThe CNC-602A unit is designed for testing and ultrasonic cleaning of all types of injectors (up to six at a time, both electromagnetic and mechanical), cleaning of vehicle fuel systems, as well as intake valves and combustion chambers using solvent without removing the injectors.<\/p>\n
\u041e\u0441\u043e\u0431\u0435\u043d\u043d\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0438:
\nSimulation of REAL engine operating parameters during testing, in accordance with the features of a specific engine management system (possible speed range: 1-9990 rpm, fuel pressure range 0-6.5 bar, injection time 1-25 ms);
\nSimulation of various dynamic engine operating modes (AUTO1, AUTO 2, AUTO 3);
\nThe design of the fuel rail allows working with various injectors – both with top and side fuel supply;
\nIllumination of measuring test cups with a fluorescent lamp for easy evaluation of test results;
\nAutomatic draining of test fluid from measuring flasks into the original container by pressing the ?Drain? button;
\nAdaptive current control in accordance with the resistance of the electrical winding of the injectors. There is no need to find out the operating voltage – 3V or 12V is required for the injectors. The unit will determine this itself;
