Description and characteristics
\nTEXA KONFORT 744 – automatic installation for filling air conditioners with the new refrigerant R744 (CO2), used in the latest versions of Mercedes-Benz cars. The installation is recommended and approved for delivery to all official Mercedes-Benz dealerships in EUROPE.<\/p>\n
The unit is fully automatic: oil injection its volume occurs automatically, patented automatic recognition of oil containers, the pumped out refrigerant is automatically weighed, patented automatic system for monitoring the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere, as well as automatic warning about service, automatic compensation for the length of service hoses.<\/p>\n
All software of the KONFORT 744 unit is Russified. When filling a car with the new refrigerant R744 (CO2), special attention must be paid to CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, therefore the TEXA KONFORT 744 unit has an automatic system for monitoring the concentration of CO2. If the CO2 level is exceeded (above the permissible limits), the filling process and operation of the unit are stopped.<\/p>\n

\nRussified software
\nSealed and refillable oil tanks
\nStandard tanks, not being sealed, always contain a certain percentage of air and water molecules mix with oil, contaminating it. The TEXA solution consists of special containers, for which a patent has been registered, these bottles prevent the oil from mixing with air and moisture. TEXA containers can be reused, because a special device removes excess air each time the container is installed.<\/p>\n
Automatic control of leak testing for CO2
\nThe unit automatically checks for leaks inside the vehicle system before refuelling. In addition to detecting possible leaks, you can run the leak search function using Forming Gas, a gas mixture consisting of 95% nitrogen and 5% hydrogen. With an external analyzer, you can very easily find the leak point.<\/p>\n
Thermal printer
\nThe refuelling unit has a built-in thermal printer to print out a report of all operations performed.<\/p>\n
Operating software
\nThe TEXA operating software was created to meet the strictest standards in terms of accuracy and reliability. Thanks to a dense chain of sensors, the TEXA software manages the inspection and filling process, ensuring previously unknown precision. In particular, automatic procedures help the operator when working with very complex systems, such as those equipped with new hybrid cars. Thanks to the support of removable memory (SD card), available for all models, it is possible to connect to a Windows PC, check and certify all performed maintenance services and launch possible software updates.<\/p>\n
